Litigation File

At the end of August 2019, I was referred to Sicotte Guilbault to meet with a member of their litigation team namely Dave Morin-Pelletier. I immediately felt comfortable, understood and more confident with the process knowing that I had someone reasonable and knowledgeable who would be working on my behalf to defend my interest. Dave made a stressful situation more tolerable and always kept me in the know of everything happening and what was next. I felt that he had my best interest in mind and always recommanded a smart and best approach to what was, for me, a dificult and long process. He was always so patient in explaining all the steps I had to go through.. The litigation case has now been resolved with the result I was hoping for. It was a pleasure working with Dave and his assistant Louise Vinette. They were very professionnal, always available ,happy to help and yet very friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for their excellent services
