Even though I heard advertisements on radio station, i would have thought they were reliable but gave info on phone to correspondent who was to pass info on to a lawyer from the team, called 2x, still no one got back to us. Must be so busy with clients don't need any more I guess .

Kenneth Fraser

I worked with Kenneth for a year and half going through divorce. He always promptly answered the opposing party and kept me informed. He is great to work with. He is very professional and accessible. I definitely recommend Kenneth.

Watch these guys. As if going through a divorce isn't hard enough you gotta worry about getting billed after they said they'd give you more time to pay. The financial person Denise was excellent though. My problem is Ian sneddon said "if you need more time to pay that's fine". My first bill was $2795.80, a month later another bill came in $2903.55. the charge was for an advisement phone call they said was free, I even have the email and picture of that being said. Also got the feeling he wanted to drag this into court so they could make more money. They clearly just care about taking your money. I know they have adds on the radio but that doesn't mean their good. Watch your pockets and hope this helps out someone looking for good lawyers that want to help you instead of take your money. Take care guys and good luck.

If you feel like paying someone to do nothing these are your guys. In no way did they do anything that even resembles what a lawyer should do. I did everything and he shows up for 5 min and charges $2000 for 5 min of court. If you feel like wasting your money be my guest

They are profissional in what they do. They will assist you with your legal rights and will even tell you clearly if you were wrong to make sure you do not face any problem. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone. Their advice and support is your success.

They highly advertise in radio yet refused to help me with my case. It only took them 2 days after a student named Michael took very little info of the case by phone to refuse to help. My call was also transferred the third time. Michael was also a racist as he asked where I’m from, not knowing I’m a Canadian citizen. My case was against a property manager who fraudulently collects money from tenant and doesn’t pay the homeowner. Furthermore it was a potential class action as this property manager gypped all the landlords of the collected rents this month. Cohen likes advertising about “legal moments” about little things but they have no knowledge at all or not willing to help. Excuse me but in my healthcare profession, we are obliged to refer the client to another provider if you can’t help them. This one just said, we can’t help you, but no explanation nor referral. If I were you I won’t bother wasting my time with this unhelpful , heartless people. Only good at paying radio ads. Furthermore I won’t support the radio station you’re advertising. One of your paralegals seem to be nice for helping out berieved parent in my kids’ school. I thought I could get her help too but nope. UPDATE: I just read your response that you don’t help tenants but to correct you, I’m the LANDLORD (homeowner) and the property management scammed not only me but many landlords of the first and last rent.

I hired a couple paralegals from Cohen highley to assist me in evicting some tenants from a rental property. they were helpful when they in the advice they gave if, and when they would reply to you. I would have given them a good review, however when I took the tenants to the tribunal for the damages the tenants caused, with them representing me and me as a witness, I was shocked to hear that the issue was out of the adjudicators jurisdiction. I waited 2 AND A HALF MONTHS for the tribunal to tell me that my complaint wasn't in their jurisdiction and I had to withdraw my case or have it thrown out. My paralegal told me they would be in touch later that afternoon. 1 WEEK LATER I got a bill for the services rendered when they were absolutely useless, for what I paid them for. I lost a days wage to be there and also drove 2 hours for the tribunal. when I emailed them about the bill and why no one got back to me. nobody responded I emailed the 2 paralegals, and they both didn't respond. and this was in December! it is now February 4th and I am still getting bills. Do not for the love of your sanity use Cohen Highley, they might be listening, but they sure don't give a fu%&.
