We decided to hire professional help to complete our sponsorship application so that we could feel confident that everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately this was not our experience. Trying to communicate with them is a complete nightmare. They rarely respond to emails or phone messages. However , the worst part of the experience was that our application was approved and we kept waiting and asking them if they had received the request for my partner to send his passport to the visa office and they never responded. We had to contact the visa office directly because we had no faith in the law firm to forward the request to us when they received it. When we did , we found out that they had sent the request which we were never notified of. The visa office sent the request to us directly and we continued with the process on our own. His passport has now been sent to the office and returned, completing the process. However, If we hadnâ€™t contacted the visa office ourselves, a month later we would still be waiting to hear something from Micheal Lobachs office. It was a disappointing experience dealing with them.
