My husband and I have used the Chinneck Law Team twice and both experiences were absolutely flawless! They are organized and efficient. We will require a Real Estate Lawyer again very soon, and will no question be returning!

I recently worked with Chinneck Law on two real estate closings (one commercial and one residential) and the service I received for both closings was excellent. There was an issue with one of the closings (not Chinneck Law's fault) and Vicky was able to resolve the issue within hours. I would highly recommend Chinneck Law to anyone wanting thorough, expedient and professional service.

A lawyer that does not return your voicemail and phone call is a NO-NO.. Bad, bad news from the start....Especially for real estate deals, you are better off dealing with a more professional practice, with a team of professionals. It won't cost you more. Lots to choose from in London before selecting this firm. Thanks for your response to my concern. Appreciate it.

We have used the services of Chinneck Law on three separate occasions and in three different areas of practice - Real Estate, Family Law and Wills & Estates. This has exposed us to a good cross-section of their team over time – and it is a Team – very consistent in their approach – professional, thorough and respectful at all times. Your various legal options are always explained clearly in plain language and you are definitely made to feel that they are acting in your best interest at all times. Response times to inquiries are quick and they are very flexible to accommodate your preferred appointment times and schedule changes. Dealing with a lot of service organizations for both business and personal matters, the level of service provided by Chinneck Law, definitely stands out as sadly it is not the norm with other organizations these days.

We purchased a house and used this law firm to complete the sale. Nathan Hawee was our lawyer. He communicated with us very well and in our appointment to review and sign documents, ensured we understood everything. As a first time home buyer, my husband and I appreciated this very much. I would recommend him if you are purchasing a home! Our closing was a bit challenging, and we expected this as the seller was not an organized person nor was the house clean in any capacity any time we had visited prior. We expressed these concerns to Nathan at our appointment and he explained what we could expect given the situation. Nathan communicated with us clearly throughout the closing process and gave us his honest opinion in the matter when we asked. I really appreciated that. Our closing was a day late, but this was not the fault of Nathan, but the fault of the seller and seller's lawyer. The reason I am giving four stars is because we did have some challenges with the receptionist or assistant (not sure of the title). She missed on our buyer's survey that we were first time home buyers, so the land transfer tax refund was not available when we met with Nathan. We had to pick up the cheque along with our keys a few days later (instead of it being available at our meeting when signing documents). More of an inconvenience than anything else. Our communication with her was lackluster at best (though she was always very polite) and we found ourselves prompting a lot the communication with her. We understand that a house closing may not be a big deal to the firm but it was to us and we felt that communication could have been a bit better leading up to our meeting with the firm. That all being said, I would use this firm again if I needed a lawyer, as I thought Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain in detail what we were signing. If you are looking for a lawyer to complete your closing process as a house buyer, I would recommend Nathan.
