She doesnt call back when beeded. If you call her regarding your case and she feels like your calling to much to ask what is going on she threatens to drop you as her client

If your looking for an attorney who wont help you, does not respond to you, likes to make up excuses and lie and insults you because she doesnt want to do something she is supposed to, pick her!!! If you like attorneys that have all the information you need when you cant get it anywhere else and wont give it to you...pick her too!!!! Completly unprofessional.

I have/had Ms Green as a court appointed attorney to be my legal aid in a custody battle over my two girls. Mrs Green came into court and the first time we met, she seemed nice and helpful in getting my children back. However since then I've never had my phone calls returned or at times I couldn't even leave a message because her voice box was full. I couldn't see my girls on Christmas because she hadn't gotten a hold of my ex's attorney and he wouldn't allow me to see my kids because of it. I have been trying to get another lawyer but my court date is coming up next month and time of running out.

I would never hire Gail Breen. She was assigned as Guardian of the Property and Person of my brother and sister-in-law by the Niagara County Supreme Court. She did not submit a full inventory of the household items/personal belongings. Once my brother passed away and she had my sister in law moved into a nursing home, she removed a number of items from the home. She gave an oak table, hutch and chairs to a friend, sold perfectly good ginger jar lamps that my sister in law had paid $400 each to a friend for $50.00, removed the washer and dryer (the dryer was 5 years old). Lladró figurines disappeared, she had no knowledge of them. Disposed of all of their clothing leaving my brother and sister in law having nothing to be buried in. My sister in law wore nothing but designer clothing. When the family tried to reach Ms. Breen, her phone went directly to voice mail. You couldn’t leave a message, her voice mailbox would not accept messages. I was appointed the executor of my brother’s estate. She made excuse after excuse for not giving me the yearly financial documents she was to keep as Guardian. She let the bills pile up, let the house go into foreclosure, did not put in a change of address with the Lewiston post office. Mail continued to pile up. Who knows what happened to my brother’s life insurance policy. My sister in law passed away in January and again she has yet to give me copies of the funeral expenses or financial reports or if my sister in law had a life insurance policy with her employer. Had to file a police report for her missing jewelry from the nursing home. Consider her rude and totally unprofessional. Before you hire her or let the courts assign her guardianship of your loved ones, think again.
