I retained Andrew Perrin for my criminal case and paid a retainer of $29,000. He repeatedly increased his fees, eventually demanding $113,000 upfront for four days of trial, and refused to meet with me face-to-face without a partial payment. During our 45-minute sit-down meeting, he yelled at me, my wife, my son, and a friend who accompanied me. He also provided only a 10-minute phone call and otherwise gave no meaningful legal advice. On the day of court, he failed to appear and did not inform me beforehand, leaving me to find another lawyer at short notice. He ultimately kept $6,000 of my money for services he did not provide, and I had to make multiple phone calls to recover the remainder of my retainer. My case was high-profile, involving accusations of fraud under the GreenON program, and I ultimately secured a full not-guilty verdict with a Toronto firm that treated me with respect. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Andrew Perrin.

$40,000 and 2 years worth of wasted time... And still conviction. Cheaper and better chances with duty Council! DO NOT RECOMMEND Andrew Perrin!!!

Best Law Firm around. If you want to win your case this Team is the Best …👍

Jun 16, 2025
It took this law firm 12 days to make a 10 second phone call to tell me that they did not want to take my family members case. A 10 second phone call in which they did not feel a need to make, for the record. I had to call the firm after not hearing from anyone, for the law clerk to inform me that the managing partner had decided that they could not take the case. Was anyone going to call me to inform me of this, so I could move on and find my family member alternate representation?? Not very professional or respectful. Would not recommend if you need a response.
