Brian and his team are amazing, especially Casillda. In October of 2021 I found myself in a bit of a pickle, and after some hard research I stumbled across Brian J Scott and will for sure recommend his team and self to anyone else who needs a lawyer or representation! Although I still am going to end up with a record, Brian and his team were always there to answer any questions via phone/email within the same day of the inquiry made. From start to finish, Casillda (Brian’s assistant) made sure to help ease my anxiety and nerves the entire time I was going though court etc. I really truly recommend Brian J Scott to represent you if you find yourself needing a lawyer! Himself along with his team will not disappoint. Thank you for everything!

In August of 2021 I found my self I big trouble and was in need of a criminal lawyer I was recommended to brian by a few past clients who had great success with their own cases all it took was one phone call and I knew it was a great fit. As it was my first time in trouble it was great to have Casillda and Katie to walk me through every process including zoom. Brian was so caring and knowlegeable he took every small detail into account and was able to get my charges dropped before my second court date. Brian and his team are the best lawyers any worried parent can ask for. Our kids ran into trouble where we needed legal guidance and thankfully I checked reviews and went to meet Brian. Best decision I ever made! Brian was compassionate with our situation, he even helped us out figure out the $$ as he knew how this was a pressure on our family. Every time we spoke to Brain he guided us with his vast knowledge of the process/procedures, he was patient answering all our questions, worked with crown lawyer closely to get us the best possible option for our kids. Brian, Katie and Casillda were there was us at each step of the process making sure we always knew what to expect. Brian and his team are a rare gem in the vast sea of lawyers who are worried more about what they can charge in $$ rather than how they can help us. Brian just didn't help with the process, he took time talking to our kids making sure they understand what their actions mean to them as well as their family.
