Car Accident Settlement

I worked with Naimark Law Firm on my car accident claim. My lawyer, Paul Guiliano was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very friendly, patient and he explained every step in the process. Car Accident Settlement

Getting involved in a car accident is caused serious damage physically, mentally, and emotionally. It took time to hail and regain the confidence to drive back on the road. Paul Giuliano, one of the best and most trusted lawyers of Naimark Law handed over my case, I put all my trust in him, and he didn't let me down. He is friendly easy to deal with, and patiently educates me before my examination discovery. Last May 30th, 2023, my accident case came to a settlement and Paul Giuliano settled my case to a decent amount that help me get myself back on track. NOT FOR CATASTROPHIC INJURY, NO TREATMENT!

These guys are a revolving door who concentrate on quick settlements that cater more to pleasing other lawyers than clients, they are abusive of folks with real brain injuries and have been labelled "human rights abusers" by several doctors. I do not recommend for CAT injuries.

Hands downs the best lawyer and ream you can have fighting for your case! Ryan and team members like Iqbal are the reason why I give them 5 stars! I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with naimark law on my side I'm still going through my case an I know Ryan Will hit big it's this feeling of comfortably that makes u feel like u are in good hands. I would recommend everyone and anyone to Ryans firm hands down! He is the Micheal Jordan to accident claims. And Iqbal is his Pippin lool. Anyways with all said and done naimark law is the firm to talk to when you are in a bad position and don't know what to do. These guys are the wall street lawyers. Tough. Strong. Built to take hits and hit back harder! Love these people and the firm. U will too! Best of luck to u all hope this helps

Jamie Min is a wonderful, kind, thoughtful lawyer. I truly appreciate her hard work and effort put into my case. She treats each file with respect and care, understanding what each motor accident victim goes though. It's unfortunate that we live in a country that doesn't favour innocent victims who have to live with their injuries for a lifetime. In the end, no amount is worth your health. All things considered, at least I'll receive other benefits in addition to my settlement which will help me get through my life. Overall, I found Naimark Law to be very diligent, ethical and caring, putting quality over quantity.

The Team at Naimark Law have seen me through the worst after my accident in 2018. Never having to utilize a law firm before I was nervous navigating the situation. Getting involved in a car accident twice a year not at fault will leave me in trauma that caused me serious damage emotionally, physically, and mentally. I transferred my accident case to Naimark Law from another Law firm for the lack of progress and for not giving me an update is the best thing I did in my life. My case was handled by Paul Giuliano one of the best trusted friendly and easy to deal with. He's always updated as well as Warda and Anita George Paul's assistance. Paul Giuliano patiently educated me before my Discovery Examination day, it's very exhausting during the examination day, but Paul Giuliano is with me along the way. I gave all my trust in him and he didn't put me down until he finally close the settlement and settled my MVA in a decent amount that help me get myself back on track. Thank you is not enough for how grateful I am to Paul Giuliano for he worked hard to settle my MVA that the insurance doesn't want to settle.
