Not willing to help us understand the coverage of our house policy that they brokered. Communication is slow and without response sometimes. They "do not get involved in claims" so beware, once they sell you a policy you are on your own! If you're looking for good customer service, avoid AIM.

I called Aim when I got my policy renewal back in August to find out why it went up. I was told by my assigned broker that she would look into it and get back to me. Had to call back a week later and left a message. Still no return call. Tried again another week later and left another message and again I got nothing so I gave up. Tried to switch brokers and found out I can’t switch mid term (according to the law) or I would be gone. Even if I have to pay more at this point. Called 11 days ago (same person) to get a quote on adding my son to my policy, last thing I said was “I’m looking forward to hearing back from you”, and I still haven’t got a return email or phone call. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.
