I have been very fortunate to have contacted this company for my insurance needs. They were very professional, responded quickly and answered all my questions promptly. I had the pleasure of dealing with TESS! She was great!

Great experience working with Tess Montes from CCV insurance. She got us home insurance quickly and cheaper when our insurance company cancelled on us for having too many claims. We were worried we would have to pay a much higher premium because of our multiple claims but she managed to get us insured for less. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Tess.

Professional agent was attentive and accessible to help with a time sensitive matter using technology to complete the transaction. Great Customer Service skills.

Before contacting CCV, I tried both RBC and Cooperators and had terrible experiences with each. At RBC, I completed an online quote and a few days later called customer service to execute the quote, but was on hold on 2 separate instances for over 15 mins. I got fed up and hung up. With cooperators, I did the same thing - got a quote and called them to execute. Got through to a representative within a few mins, gave him my information and then he put me on hold for over 30 minutes during which the line got disconnected. I didn't hear back from him. With CCV, I spoke to Tess ONCE for 5 minutes. Gave her my information and asked her if we could interact over email to exchange the rest of the necessary information. And voila - a couple of email exchanges later - we were done. Nice work!
