Had a less-than-stellar experience today buying travel insurance. I waited 40 minutes in order to purchase travel insurance, along with another couple, and ended up leaving before I purchased insurance, as the wait was never-ending. Even though there were two individuals at the front counter, I was still directed to the only person could apparently help me pay for travel insurance, who was sitting with another couple booking a trip. I've been to this location many times to purchase travel insurance for my family, which normally only takes a few minutes. I have no issue waiting my turn, but found the lack of customer service very unfortunate. It was confused why I was directed to someone else to wait for/pay for travel insurance, when I've always paid at the front counter in the past. Moreover, as the wait would have been lengthy, I would have appreciated being told this in advance, so I could have come back another time. I will highly re-consider purchasing insurance at this location in the future.
