Terrible is an understatement. Where do I even start? It has been 4 long years of emails going unanswered for weeks at a time. The only way anything gets done is by advising I will speak with RIBO. Every time this occurs I get sent to another broker who will ‘handle my file appropriately’ as per upper management. Save yourself the pain of the terrible customer service. They constantly make mistakes when processing policy changes (forgot to reduce my deductible as requested to Nigel over the phone). Found out it was never changed after crashing my vehicle! Joe ignores emails and even when he responds he forgets to add the multiple line discount to my auto policy when it was specifically requested in the email. Careless and unprofessional to say the least!

Ask for George! He is an outstanding member of the TK Woodmar team that takes care of his clients needs. I had a broker I was extremely comfortable with for years who sadly left and I was extremely stressed about getting a new one. I found George and am SO happy with my decision to switch to him. For the people saying Nigel wasn't on his game, it was most likely just you. He was always great & got me what I needed & when I needed it. Nothing but great things to say about him. Unfortunately he is gone & I was not to satisfied in the transition from him to others how-ever I recently dealt with Marcello & he was on his game which was great & helped me out immediately!
