I’ve been going to CAA for years now. The staff at this location are always helpful and the service has always been fast. So many great travel products to pick from as well.

Consistently understaffed. Do not bother going unless you have an hour to spend in line with two representatives who act like they are doing you a favour. Many other options where they invest in proper staffing levels.

Excellent service. Was here for IDP. I straightaway went to the Travel section which is on the left side corner. The lady sitting there directed me towards the membership section. Over there I was helped by another member of the staff. She made the entire experience really smooth. I just had to walk in with my driver’s license and the rest was taken care of. Photocopies + Passport size pictures. Overall cost was $52 (including pictures + IDP fees) At no point I felt rushed. Even for membership I was given option and informed that I do not need to be a member to avail any service. However I did notice that most of the merchandise and services present at the store have a good discount for members. I would definitely consider that. Overall experience- 5/5 Overall time inside the store for IDP - less than 5 mins (including pictures 😊)

Nice selection of luggage for that easy pick up before a trip. Helpful staff and worth planning trips with them to avoid any hassle and the support.
