Not just for high risk policies, DB Thomas insurance is fast and competitive and you can do it all online. When I called in Michelle was amazing! I recommend them for sure.

2nd chance Auto Insurance found me rates no one else could. The online quoting was an efficient way of gathering all my information and I got a call minutes later. I also felt very secure with the back and forth signing of their forms. I've reccomended them to many and I only signed a few months ago.

We stayed with them for one year. It was easy to sign up with them but they couldn't care less after we signed up. This brokerage work with the worst insurance companies. When I asked them why they still work with an insurance company who never responds, their answer is, "oh we have a contract with them." When we can't get a satisfied answer and asked if we could speak with their supervisor, their response is basically "my supervisor will give you the same answer." Never ever sign up with them.

After being forced into a "high risk pool" for a low-speed scrape in a parking lot, we had no option but to go with DB Thomas or do without a car. We ended up with ridiculously expensive insurance. What's worse, when we left the province, the insurer ended up charging us several hundred dollars in penalties for cancelling two days past our anniversary date. And DB Thomas did nothing to intervene or remediate the situation. Never sign with these people. You will lose money.
