The absolute worst quality of service and will weasel their way out of insuring you. Super long hold times, so much beaurocracy, so many lies and people who don't care. One of the cheaper options but you'll pay for it later because they will cost you so much in time and money if an accident happens or even just trying to cancel insurance takes days of being on hold and having them hang up on you.

Had this bank for 30 plus years. Never a problem.

I'm honestly grossed out to even give 1 star. THE highest rates of insurance of all companies. I cancelled my insurance in NOVEMBER. I paid off the remaming balance in December and they're still billing me for home insurance when i requested BOTH to be cancelled. I'm fed up, DO NOT do business with these retards.

Worst experience ever!! Waited 8 days on a quote, kept getting told to call back, still waiting on approval, finally gave up. If this is how they treat a quote I'd hate to see a claim. Wouldn't recommend to anyone other than someone I really hate. PS I have a perfect driving record for 20 years and it was an old car I was trying to insure (without collision). Do not use them!!!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH i HAVE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BEEN PUT ON HOLD FOR ONE HOUR THEN ALMOST TWO HOURS NOW TODAY i'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS THEN HUNG UP ON THEN AGAIN ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR ONLY TO GO TO VOICEMAIL, i'VE BEEN DRIVING MY DAMAGED VEHICLE FOR 3 WEEKS, THE ADJUSTER WAS HERE 7 DAYS AGO AND STILL HAS NOT PROVIDED ME WITH A DAMAGE ESTIMATE. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE EVER
