Horrible experience and agent beware!

In the past I would’ve never had something bad to say but this time was different. If you’re dealing with Carlos Simeos RUNNNNN! This agent can’t keep his word or his deadlines for the life of him and was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I will never again go with sham insurance agent and the people who do I feel sorry for you! Beware!

My family and I now have been with Monteiro Insurance for as long as I've driven a car. Currently in a house for 8 years covered by them has been great. Recently due to the wind storm I've had to place a claim and their attention to detail and follow up to help ensure steps were in place to fix my roof has been great. Took a lot of the stress out of the situation for me knowing that Paul and team were doing what needed to be done.

They've helped me to save quite a bit of money over the years on my auto insurance, and continue to navigate me in the right direction. I absolutely appreciate their services, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Monteiro Insurance has proven to me (and my friends) to be a very honest and knowledgeable resource when it comes to picking the right insurance. A special thanks to Jose and Paul Monteiro for making the process simple and straight forward, and going the extra mile for my family.
