Bad service, I had to chase them to get a quote, but, finally didnt get any response from them. Probably a waste of time to work with them.

Josslin insurance has some of the most reputable reps out there. They did there best to find find me a new policy, worked with all the different insurance companies and found me the best rate. They walked me through the whole process and were the best broker I dealt with

They are an insurance broker that doesn't do any work for you, I was driving around for over a month without insurance because they 'forgot' to tell me that my renewal was coming up. So, after forgiving them for that... which I probably shouldn't have.. it's been a few months later and another problem has come up!! I'm filing a claim and waiting for my complete loss cheque (my car was written off) I have been told by Josslin Weber st BROKER, that I (the customer) has to do all the calling and running around and emailing for my money. BUT WAIT! ISN'T THAT WHAT I PAY AN INSURANCE BROKER FOR?!?!?!?!?! I'm not impressed by their lack of professionalism, for being one of the longest running insurance brokers in this area, I'm completely shocked that they're still in business.

Has always treated me great, when it was time for my renewal they looked for the best price and moved me to another company. I had to cancel because of work discounts, but if it wasn't for work id be with Jossllin for ever! Diane is absolutely amazing always treated me great and with respect. Even when i canceled she was very happy for me and my new work discounts and wished me nothing but the best. I would recommend then 1000% Kitchener Office

Cheryl was so very helpful and was quick with everything she had to do for Me, twice. It is great that we have people like Cheryl working as hard as she does. Thank you so much!
