HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company. DO NOT go with this company. I’ve been with other insurance companies before, and this is ridiculously the worst one I have ever been with. I was recommended to this company for a company discount and honestly? The discount isn’t even worth it. I dealt with a woman named Lindsay, who lost a form I needed for insurance TWICE, not once but TWICE and made me loose insurance saying that I didn’t send it when I indeed did, and couldn’t send proof because I was away for work and told her my situation and she refused to even give me temporary insurance until I could get home to send her the proof which left me stranded with no insurance. I also dealt with an assistant manager named Ryan, who was honestly no better than Lindsay, and I was surprised he was even a manager by how awful of a help he was. They kept emailing me and calling me and when I tried to call back, EVERYTIME I was left on hold for 40+ minutes to where I just hung up. I’m embarrassed to say I even tried doing business with this company. Steer far, far away everyone.

I was very happy with help in Kitchener office by Rohit. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Avoid this company. Not only does my experience echo those of the horrible experiences noted in other reviews, mine is much worse and would talk me hours to outline.

It felt like a year waiting on that phone line, hire more employees

Very quick to sell a policy, but terrible to offer customer service. Phone calls take forever, and the staff are unable to explain policy increases. Ridiculous!!
