I called and was given excellent advice by Donnie regarding Professional Liability Insurance. I didn't end up using their services beyond this call (Donnie advised me to join an existing group program elsewhere), but this call showed me that they're knowledgeable and, best of all, honest.

I have been using the company to help me with my insurance needs for the last few years, always to my full satisfaction. Since I last asked for their assistance, a couple of months ago, I've had the pleasure of dealing with Morgan Johnson-Koehn. I've been impressed by Morgan's professionalism, quick responses to requests and questions, and his willingness to make an extra effort to educate me about some aspects of insurance policies that I was never aware of. I have no hesitation in recommending Smith Petrie Carr & Scott to all who need an insurance broker.

We've used Smith Petrie Carr & Scott for many years for our insurance needs. Esther Blake manages our account and is fantastic. She is prompt to reply and always able to confidently answer my (many!) questions.

Your website has been down since yesterday. I am trying to renew my ICCRC insurance online and today is the last day. Tried calling customer service but no response being holiday and long weekend. Please help clients like me and others who will be trying to renew within deadline. Don't know what to do in this situation?
