I had a flat tire. I had no Spear because Hybrids don't come with a spear. CAA was prompt and efficient. But more to the point, the gentleman, Richard, who showed up was outstanding. Incredibly patient and accommodating. He absolutely went above and beyond in my opinion. I don't go out of my way to write a review, good or bad, usually. But Richard deserves a shout out. I couldn't be more impressed honestly. Thanks to CAA and Richard specifically.....He deserves a raise. :-)

Some people just shouldn't be in customer service. Clearly didn't want to give me any extra help in finding something fun to do along my route, and definitely didn't want to do the trip tik book while I waited. "I'm not gonna do it right this second". I didn't even ask for it this second, that just was her response because I needed it same day which I've never had an issue getting it same day. Will also note the store was not busy in the least. I even said have a nice day and she ignored me, least the man I believe to be manager responed.

Bad additude. Treated as if I had no other place to go because in reality there isn't. And she knows it. But to be snarky wirh me just because I asked if I would be able to use two calls on one extended trip if I needed it.
