Ive been with these fine people for years. Ive tried other agencies and never gotten the quality of service. Keep in mind when you deal with a claims adjuster, youre not dealing with your normal agents however. But they will pull for you whenever they can. Even other State Farm agency offices have nothing on the Anne Bourne office.

So I thought I had cancelled my insurance on my car in March of this year when another payment comes out in April and goes NSF .when they call and ask why my payment was not in the bank I explained I have not had the car on the road for over 2 months and will be a few years before it will be back on the road after being restored . my 1986 Grang Prix is stipped to the frame and is covered under house insurance I have no need for insurance and was not expecting any more payments to come out of my bank . after debating with them they have now brushed me off to an 800 number and after all this they say I still owe $160 not including what my bank chargers for a NSF . NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER And the 800 # was as useful as a screen door on a submarine.guess that's why they said if you would like you can talk to them because they cant do anything . To be fair I have not had a problem with them until this you would think after a couple of years of business we could work this out but it's all about the money and keeping that policy going . Cancel means cancel

Very polite and friendly, but be careful! This is not a true respect. They never tell you about things that may cost/overcharge you.
