Been with this company 10+ years. I don't normally need service from the broker but every single time, I have needed help from this company, its nothing but a pain in the butt... needed a change a couple years ago to have a payment date adjusted. I got a sales pitch and was told no we cant do it... i call the car insurer directly and they told me normally the broker would call and do this but made an exception for me.. this was a good hint to change, but i didn't take it, as it was a one off. After insurance is going up constantly with good record being improved, I made an inquiry on alternative insurance recently... Well, there is now a new person looking after my file.. after a week of no response on voicemail, i send an email. still no response. Ask if someone else can help, i am told no, only the person assigned to your file... Gee Whiz.. Five phone calls later, a connection is made and when i inquire on my request to check other companies, i got a 5 min sales pitch on how my current insurance is the best. Can these people simply do the job and find some quotes for me before talking me into one or another direction.?.. after this i got 3 renewal papers from my current insurance. i inquire again, and its been two weeks with no response.. this is extremely frustrating, considering i have been with this company for about a decade and other family members have been with them longer. Finally i had enough, so I called another broker and within 15 min i got quoted with more features with a lower rate. Sorry Pioneer... you need to stop taking your customers for granted or there will be more people like me... i hate to go through the hassle of change but this company should be ashamed of how i was treated as a long time customer. I wouldn't be surprised if your questioning your business with this company too, by reading this.

I've been with pioneer for slightly over a year now, I would definitely reccomend it to anyone, even with as little knowledge as I have in the insurance world Mark never took advantage of me for it and always has done whatever it took to make sure I get the best coverage at the fairest prices. Easy to feel confident and trusting with his professional guidance. Mark turned a bad situation with little to no good outcome and managed to put a smile on my face by the time I left, not to mention that he stayed past his shift waiting for me to make sure I was assisted that same day. Great work to Mark as well as Ashley who made sure all the details were just right and everything was done as quickly as possible to have us on our way insured and happy. Will be coming back thank you ðŸ‘

Reading some of the reviews, I just shake my head. Grumblers in every crowd I guess. Keith and Annemarie have come to my aid for my company policies, as well as rental home, and personal properties. They even insure my motorbikes. I find them very knowledgeable about minute details of commercial coverage, eminently friendly, and after many years dealing with them would consider them friends. I have even recommended my friends to go here. Great team. Give them a call
