I have had our insurance through John for a long time. He has always been straight forward and honest with us about everything we had questions about. His team is great as well. They have always had time to answer any questions, or address any concerns.

Horrible experience, they took advantage of my situation as i was under "high risk" for the two years that i had insurance through this brokerage at numerous occasions. Firstly I was lied to about premiums when i called for a quote on a new vehicle and after purchasing that same vehicle they raised my premium $150 more monthly and the only explanation this broker had was " it is what it is" secondly i was told there would not be any cancellation fee on my policy as i paid the first and last and the payment for last month would include cancellation fees but on top of all that they charged another $780 for cancellation and kept my last month payment. be aware if you are considering getting insurance through this brokerage.

John from All-Risks really pulled through for one of my clients. Two at faults and he still came in under $1200/year cheaper than anyone else. Will definitely be using him for my clients who have less than stellar driving history.
