Criminals increased my rates 42% over absolutely nothing. Been a customer for years and that's the reward. Stay away from intact and go with someone else. You are a number at intact and they just want your money. If the service mimicks their greed it's all garbage. Look at their reviews, they don't care. That's what a big company does, just exists screwing everyone over.

This companyâ€™s is giving insurance to a construction company in MAPLE ONTARIO that lets people drive there trucks with no licenses or citizenship in this country. They where told this and have not done anything I guess the monthly payments are more important than our safety. I will be reporting this to the police and the government ASAP.

This company gives insurance to a construction company in maple ont that has drivers with no licences or citizenship in Canada. They no this and all they care about is the monthly payments they receive. They where told this and never even called the owner to check. I will be contacting the police about the company and intact insurance . We are not save with insurance companyâ€™s like this.just read there reviews. It says it all.

The absolute worst company I have ever professionally dealt with. Do not purchase insurance from this company . If anything was to happen where you required their services or help . They will not help you! They will go out of their way to injure you more . Corporate crooks and bullies. UPDATE: After 5 years , and after getting a lawyer , intact was forced to pay what I was entitled to when I bought car insurance through them . Odd they spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on doctors and lawyers to inevitably end up paying the bare minimum of what they are supposed to anyway. Fun fact if someone is injured and it takes them over 2 years to fix it , turns out the injury is harder to fix then if they had dealt with it immediately , so thanks for that unnecessary journey in my life . Your commercials irritate me because every single staff member I dealt with had apparently not taken empathy training yet Haha. They went out of their way to make everything more difficult then it had to be .

One of the worst experiences you can have. This insurance company seems fine, until you actually need it. They never call you back, they don't work with you, they have no interest in helping you workout your claim, their top priority is to save themselves money, and hope you'll give up on your claim.
