I talked to the nicest agent named Jessica. She was polite and professional and was able to help me with my insurance situation when no one else could... Shes an angel in disguise as far as I'm concerned... Thanks so much Jessica and broker link

We have been dealing with Brokerlink for about 3 years now (mainly with Arianne) and I have to say, the customer service and professionalism is always amazing. They are so quick to help and make changes.

The initial person i dealt with was fantastic but after when i was transferred to a case agent it became impossible to get into contact with my agent or to speak to an actual person in general. Takes too long to reply to emails and you practically need planetary alignment to get a hold of someone and have them respond in acceptable time. The general lack of contact is completely unacceptable.
