My 85 year old mother was recently in an accident (she was fine) that was 100% the other driver's fault. I was very impressed with how Karen at Lori's office took charge and walked us through the process to make sure mom's claim was treated promptly and fairly. Everyone at State Farm did a great job following up and reassuring us every step of the way. Accidents are stressful enough, it is comforting to know that the rest of the experience will be as painless as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Lori's team to anyone. Scott

What a very positive experience, being insured by Lori Devos. She is incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. I receive a great rate, and found she was happy to give and extra effort to find me the best rate she could give. And she was very thorough, clear and concise in explaining all details that I needed to know. Provides a comfortable atmosphere and truly does make you feel like family.

Lori and her team have provided my family with great service and reasonable rates. We got a preferred rate on our car loan, better than the bank offered! We also got professional advice on our life insurance. I like the one stop shopping idea with her office. Sincerely, Peter Wilson

My car window was pried open and smashed. Lori and her team were great. The repairs were set up quickly and I had my car back in no time, looking like nothing had ever happened!
