This is less a review of this office than of the Co-operators in general. I have been insured with them for nearly twenty years, and never had a claim until this spring. Since then, my experience has been a Kafkaesque nightmare of rental car agreements cut short, invalid documents, unhelpful conversations with agents in four different departments, and actual non-apology apologies. A car accident is stressful, buying a used car is stressful, and The Co-operators have managed to make it much, much worse and absurd at the same time. I'd give zero stars if I could, and I will be switching insurance companies at the earliest convenience.

Sol went through a full financial plan with me, and unlike at the banks, I actually was able to understand where there were gaps in my plan. Sol spent a lot of time making sure that my family and I had the protections we need. After putting that plan in place, we came back and ended up transferring our mutual funds from the bank over to his office. Highly recommend for Financial Planning or other insurance needs

The worst most unprofessional and rude staff on the phone. Depending who who talk too the insurance quotes jump all over the place. When you call them out on it they dont really have an answer. Honestly just a bunch of morons
