I was in an accident in November. I Was told they were repairing my vehicle even with it having almost $9000 worth in damages. I did not want my truck back when the damages were that high and the truck is only worth a few thousand dollars more. Travelers ignored my request. Travelers promised I would get back the same truck from CSN collision center....... My truck box rattles and waddles when driving. My tailgate has a clanging noise whenever I touch it. My gas cap cover us falling off. I think the only thing they did good on was my exhaust and pipe. AGAIN Travelers and Ralph the manager from Travelers promised it would be done and done right and like I said. It wouldn't and wasn't. If you can find a company other than this one go for it. Over here at TRAVELERS they only care about their own well being. Thank you for not listen Ralph, Melissa and Travelers

I was recently involved in a collision with a deer, it took almost a month to get things sorted out simply because it's impossible to contact anyone even, the claims manager who had apologized profusely for wasting my time. Even after the fact looking for info about things that happened here I am waiting a month for a bloody email to answer some questions. If youre trying to have piece of mind don't bother with this company. Turn and run the other way!!!

Great customer service, fair premiums definitely recommended. :)

You pay for what you get. I switched to Travellers as they provided the lowest rate. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Never in my life have I been spoken to in such an aggressive and rude manner. Jamie Vanderwater, the individual assigned to my case called me the day after my accident. I understand that their job is to assess, enforce policy and relay the message to their clients. I definitely was not happy with the result so I requested for clarification as to how they came to the conclusion. Instead of receiving a professional response, I basically got aggressively yelled at saying how I’m wrong - she went on saying “YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO BE IN EITHER LANES. SHE HAD THE RIGHT OF WAY. YOU’RE 100% AT FAULT. YOU HAVE NO WITNESS AND YOU COULD BE LYING. SHE IS AT NO FAULT AND YOU’RE 100% WRONG”. I was honestly so shocked as to how she talked to me. I called her out and said that I do understand it’s her job to relay messages, however, I do not believe that I should be talked to in that manner. She was very disrespectful and her delivery was just very bad. All I wanted was some sort of explanation but instead she just kept on telling me I was wrong. After I called her out, and told her I wanted to talk to someone else, she became very polite. This company is absolutely garbage and I will be switching to another company end of the term. I will also be writing reviews on every single platform I can about how rude customer service is, and will also be telling everyone to never go through them. Pay more somewhere and you’ll be at least treated like a human being.

Been with this company through a third party broker, and althou there claim process was quick at the beginning I'm still waiting a year later to get things done. No follow up communication unless you hound them. There rates are ridiculous high.
