Absolutely terrible. The person I was dealing with, by the name of Ken Chen (managing partner out of McNicoll Office in North York), is either clueless about how to deal with insurance or is purposefully misleading customers, running us in circles hoping we won't do our due-diligence. I was originally quoted for total home+auto insurance of X amount, and after a month and a half later, when the premium packages arrive from the assurance company, the amount came in as Y, almost $2000 more than what he originally quoted me. And as of now, he still hasn't sorted out the problems yet and he claims that it's my wife's driving record to blame (which should've been part of the quote to begin with). As with the previous reviewer (Mery E), I would highly suggest All-Risks send their agents to get better training on how to do their homework and get accurate quotes instead of wasting customers' time and previous hard-earned money.

Great office to deal with, very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and family for any insurance needs.

I typed up this complaint just 5 minutes ago. Went back to check and it was gone. Hmmmm???? I wonder why. So here I am again to advise you not to deal with this broker. There are other far more qualified agents in the company. I sent a cancellation letter to this broker more than a month before my renewal. He said he would get back to me for a better rate. I never heard from him so I searched on my own. I called 3 days before my vehicle was due for pick up and asked the broker for a 'letter of experience'. He then offered me a better rate and advised me that it will take 2-3 weeks for the document. BS!!! I declined the offer and know that it doesnt take that long to get a 'letter of experience'. YOU should have done your job and offered me a rate when you said you would and not at the last minute!!! I have proof of emails, phonecalls and voicemails I have sent this broker. I would have to call all day until he picks up the phone. Its not the company, its the broker. I will make a formal complaint to both Jevco Ins. and All-Risk Ins. Hire more qualified agents or send this broker to a 'customer service 101' seminar.
