Worst services and policies ever. I've been with Allstate for a few years and after getting married they wanted all my husbands information, which I initially refused to give because he isn't with allstate at all and has his insurance in another province. Told them that they dont need to shove their nose in my business. Apparently that gives them the right to threaten to cancel my insurance without cause, despite me always pre-paying. Shruti Patel, who works for allstate didnt even bother to leave me a voicemail until 48h until they were going to cancel my insurance, never sent an email or letter. What a stupid company. Absolutely worst service and policy. UPDATE: Called them to add my husband on my policy. They said they couldn't because he lives in another province and they cant accomadate that, but apparently they can demand his info. Dumb company.

Bought a new vehicle, only asked them to send Confirmation of Insurance to the dealer so I can pick up the car. It turned out, dealer didn't get any paper work from this agency. No one ever from this office contact me about the situation. Very bad service. This makes me wonder are all the Allstate agencies like this??? They need to have a proper training from Head Office. I wish I can give a zero for the review.

Extremely bad bad bad bad service, I would suggest everyone do not choose their products. When u ask them about quotes, they will treat u like god, other than that they just let u wait for very long time or tell u we can’t do that we can’t help u it’s our policy. Tons of insurance companys out there u have no reason to let customers choose u. Just simply avoid their company.

I walked in last Wednesday with no appointment because my agent at this office had not returned my calls. I was greeted by Sarah and she helped me even i didnt have any appointments with her and she wasnt even my agent. She is very efficient and welcoming. I told her I want to add my younger sister to my policy And in less than 3 minutes (really) she was able to give me a quote on how much adding my sister on my policy will be, i gave her the OK and signed the paper. I was in and out the office in less than 10 minutes. I could understand all the frustrations for waiting for an insurance broker to reply me, been through all those headaches and I’d say Sarah was really helpful and I would recommend her to my friends and family. I’ve been with Allstate for over 7 years now and the rates are good and I did have a big claim 4 years ago and they had a first time forgiveness for me.

Cassandra needs more training. I was told I’d get a call back after 5 minutes. After 30 I followed up and “she’s busy with a client” and was told she will call back. After another 30 minute she picks up the phone and says she’s with a client and cannot even tell me the turnaround time. Sounded like she ran a marathon. Stuck without a car because of her. Train her please for others because I will be changing companies.
