I highly recommend Steven Huang for auto & home insurance. He did really good job. Good service and clear explaination.

These people are thieves!! I would highly suggest not dealing with this branch. They have incompetent employees that don’t know how to do their jobs. They continue to take payment from your account and they don’t take the proper steps to ensure a proper cancellation of a policy. When they make these errors, they make it impossible for you to get a refund denying any error on their part!! I would never recommend them to anyone and state farm...... if you happen to read this?? Take this comment seriously and look into this branch and the knowledge of the people. They seriously need some work!

horrible service. those people never pick up their phone. if they pick up the phone they would ask do you speak mandarin. come on. your manager is Chinese does not mean your clients are chinese too.
