We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Allstate's exceptional customer care agent – Ms. Annie Young – for her remarkable professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. In the 16 years since we immigrated to Canada, we have never encountered an insurance representative as outstanding as Ms. Annie Young. She taking the time to understand our concerns, answer every question with patience, and ensure that we felt secure and supported every step of the way. In a foreign land, far from our roots, Annie's compassion and heartfelt service warmed our hearts in ways we can hardly describe. She is a true beacon of excellence in customer care—someone who not only represents Allstate with the highest level of integrity but also touches lives with her humanity. We are deeply grateful to Allstate and especially to Ms. Annie Young for going above and beyond. Her dedication is nothing short of inspiring. Highly, highly recommended!

I have been with them for more than 10 years. The customer service is excellent. Either I call or email them, they always try their best to help us .

Very unhappy with the service I received. All they do is redirect you when you call in. Once or twice because I entered the wrong line, I understand but being thrown around thr phone for hours in the billing department while I’m just trying to change my payment method is unacceptable
