I am hoping that Maybe this won't fall on deaf ears even i do have a pretty good feeling it will. Nevertheless let's give this a shot and hope some are still worthy of an advice. If you are in the business of selling Insurance then you are in the business of purely customer service. Thus when a customer calls and you promise to call back. (Do just that) nothing else. a simple call back. if you lack to understand that then it might be wise to think of a career change, McDonald has an opening oh but wait McDonald has better customer service standards than you. Hope you be the better person and just take the positive from this. And yes this goes to every individual in your office from the top to bottom as you are a team.

I had a very bad experience with this location. I have been a customer for 25 years. Recently my wife claimed two repairs on her car because she rubbed her car door along the garage wall in our home. Third claim she made was due to "unsafe move from parked". While entering a roundabout, an older man ran into her because he crossed lanes without a signal. We have been claim free for many years but she had a rough go in the last 2 years. Now the "Co-operators" threatend to cancel her insurance or charge her $7,500.00 per year! Be carefully, they are terrible!!! This company needs to hire better people...

Excellent service . I moved from the Niagara region to Mississauga and my prior insurance company quoted me an absurd ammout. $600 more than my normal monthly premium. I met with"both" Megans , they were very detailed and professional and the best part was that my premium was less than what I was paying included was my renters insurance. I highly recommend :)
