Canâ€™t get through when you need to talk to someone. Left a voicemail as recommended then called back an hour later. So far, Iâ€™ve been on hold for over 2 hours and still havenâ€™t talked to anyone. Brutal. UPDATE itâ€™s been nearly 2 months and they refuse to pay market value for the replacement cost of my vehicle because apparently they donâ€™t consider the fact that you actually have to REPLACE the car... Their appraiser will decide the value of your vehicle and you can either take it, or they will close your file and give you nothing. Those are the only two options as per the adjuster and now weâ€™re given a deadline to accept and weâ€™re being ignored until the date passes and they can close our file... supposedly. (Ps. Iâ€™m not at fault for the accident which makes it even better) This is a scam and weâ€™re being forced by way of radial silence into accepting an offer that is completely unfair and unjust. I strongly suggest you look into an alternate company if youâ€™re not already stuck with this one. If you opt to ignore my review, I wish you luck.

Garbage. I pay 280 a month with a clean record. Make my first claim ever and they robbed me of my car over a bent rim, control arm and strut. Damages were 3800 I got them down to 2500 by bringing it to my mechanic. They still wanted to write off my car. I bought the vehicle for 6000 and put 3000 of work into it. I had the vehicle for less than 4 months and these guys thought it was ok to write it off without telling me and offered me 2700. This is a 2001 bmw 530i standard transmission With 140000km on it. In mint condition. Iâ€™m talking about. You canâ€™t even find this car in the condition that I had it in Ontario anyways in the end I got paid out 4500 and the kid from assured auto bought my vehicle from auction

Don't you even think to buy insurance from here . Never ever my car gt stolen and it's now 2 years claim is still open. My adjuster gurveen gill she dint reply to my mails..Poor service

Moved from Waterloo to Toronto and the rate of insurance went from 344 up to 625. The increase of rate isn't specified on their policy. To anyone who wants to get an insurance, AVOID THIS PLACE.
