Stay as far away as possible. Just paid $721 for someone not doing his job properly. Danny will probably respond with “we don’t have you in our system” or something like that. So I got my first motorcycle in 2016. My broker couldn’t insure it and he referred me to Danny Franchino who came up with a decent quote. A year later on my renewal Danny offered me to bring my two cars over to get a better price. So I did and paid $5300 for the whole year for a bike and cars. A week later I receive a letter in mail saying that I owed them another $700 because they did a proper drivers license check and found a ticket from out of province that I got god knows when. So I had no choice to pay that or cancellation fee which is the same. All the good reviews are fake, because a friend of mine had issues with this office.

Danny and his team (especially Farrah) are hands down the best Insurance agency I've been with. They're honest and they're rates have always been the best. Most importantly, in times of need, they are exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend 👍
