Anna provides professional services in understanding our insurance needs and gives us the best deals since we have multiple products. She is courteous and never rushes us and follows up with details/ emails/ phone messages. Where else can you get the best price and best services? After I see those unsatisfactory reviews, I decide to write one to serve this company justice.

Very unprofessional and unethical practices just like others mentioned here Few months ago I requested an auto insurance quote online, the next day STEVE TEXTS my cellphone instead of calling to ask me all questions regarding my vehicle and baaam this is your quote what you think you want to sign? I asked if I can get more details about the policy and the coverage, he e-mailed me 1 page showing my deductibles, coverage and price. So I asked if there are more detailed documents and these are his exact words on SMS "No that's everything! It's literally identical to your current insurance policy, difference is the deductibles only". In my current policy I DO NOT have my drive discount which I always avoid adding into my policy. And guess what, yes, the price STEVE quoted me is AFTER my driving discount which he failed to mention to me and it was not stated on the 1 page Document he sent to me. I did not know that my drive discount was applied to my policy until 2 months later when I received an e-mail from Novex insurance to activate the phone App or lose the discount. I tried to get this issue resolved with Youngs, many e-mails back and forth with no resolution. Once I mentioned that I want this forwarded to management and I will post a google review, immediately I got STEVE attention and he started calling me non-stop (unprofessional) and TEXTING to contact him ASAP. Do I have to go that far to get their attention? I finally spoke to STEVE, he was apologetic (sounded too fake) and promised to resolve this issue and get me the difference of the increase in price. Weeks later STEVE came short on his promise and he offered to cancel the policy. I was not happy with the outcome, so I advised him that I will take the matter directly to NOVEX insurance, and that's when FINALLY, the manager TYLER called and left me a voicemail. I tried to call him back several times for a week now and left him voicemails, he never called back. I'm extremely disappointed with youngs insurance for hiring staff with unethical practices, focusing more or sales rather than client needs, it seems to me that both Steve and Tyler (manager) are under qualified. STEVE deals with clients on SMS to hide his unprofessional sales pitch, On the phone he sounds so fake and obvious. STAY AWAY!

I tried to get a quote for my motorcycle and was passed off on multiple occasions. Never called back either. To add to this, I have a squeaky clean driving record and full license M class. They claim to have a riders plus program but clearly don’t value their customers who ride.

They won’t care about you after earning your business. I called lots of times to get a hold of Steven who was my broker never got back at me. They charged me extra $$$ for no reason also and they never explained why. Beware beware.
