I am cancelling my account with CAA - Car on the side of a ramp in Oakville onto QEW - Called CAA said they would send someone ASAP. Close to construction site, nice people that let me sit in a van to keep warm. CAA took forever, during this time, Police called another towing company. Over $300.00 to get my car out and another tow to get it where it need to go to be fixed. Absolutely disgusting service.

Quick response to towing both my fathers cars from Niagara - one to Hamilton and the other to St. Catherine's scrap yard. The driver of CAA (same man both times) - awesome! Thank you sir.

I want an insurance quote and have been on hold for over an hour. i guess you don't want to really sell insurance. Just a suggestion - change the horrible music you play which is repetitive and annoying.
