Travis Cairns State Farm

I have been a State Farm Insurance holder for over 3o years and the service keeps getting better. Cassandra in the Niagara Falls office was so efficient the other day I had to write a review. I made a request that I figured would take a couple days and it was processed before i got off the phone. I was amazed that while i was telling her who I was she already pulled up my account and knew who I was and what insurance I already had. Kudos to this branch and the people who work there - I would never go anywhere else for my insurance

I have been a loyal customer of state farm (soon to be dejardins) for 24 years. My parents have been with them much longer than that. This company has never done anything but help us when needed and take care of us at our worst times! The local office is excellent as well. Cassandra at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with. Even when you are in the middle of something stressfully like I was recently when my car was rear ended out of town. A quick phone call and everything was taken care of from the tow truck, ride home, rental vehicle etc. When my vehicle was found to be a total loss there was no nickle and dime nonsense with the value of my vehicle. The payment was direct deposited which expediated getting the money in my hands to buy a new vehicle. They even extended the rental vehicle for an additional week once the payment was made to help me have time to find a new one! Everyone speaks poorly of insurance companies in general. But I really have nothing but praise for Travis Cairns and his team in Niagara Falls. Do yourself a favour and check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

Very decent place with the best customer service I ever had. Howard Zhang did a fantastic job. He is soooo patient to explain everything in details, and also sincerely helping the guest to exceed the best solution of concerns. Go to him if you really want to pay your money in worth.
