Actual Claims Experience! Amazing! I'm the manager of a shop down in Niagara Falls and a client of mine, long time customer of Townsend Mutual had an insurance claim he needed to be done. He's also a very high-up Father within the Catholic Church throughout Ontario & US. Long story short, he needed this to be filed in a hurry and get sorted ASAP as he was in need of a vehicle 24-7. Sandra Connors over at Townsend and the entire team were STELLAR! From the broker to the actual claim things were processed within the same day it was sent out! Amazing! I've never dealt with an insurance company that was that quick and Sandra made it very personal for our mutual client and provided many phone calls back and forth with him to keep him in the loop. I would highly recommend this insurance company because when it comes to claims time, they're quick, fast and super easy to work with and get the job done!

I've been with TFM for about 7 years now and its been great. In that time I have had had to make a few claims and the guys have walked me through the process, made sure i was receiving the best value and never made me fear an increase in rates. Having an insurer that you can call directly and who is looking out for you makes a big difference. Thanks Kevin and team. Chris

Insurance rates are good. Service could be a little quicker at times.
