I would give a 0 stars if I could. When you pay them (they got very low rates) it's all good- once you put a claim in, you need to fight against them, they will do anything just not to spend money on you. The other party (who's at fault) didn't provide the correct insurance policy, my adjuster didn't want to do anything, he just said I need to pursue the other party to give her correct insurance, is this my job? what is he getting paid for? Didn't want to do anything of his duties. The day we decided on the settlement, before sending out the cheque, my rental was canceled and left me without a car the next day. Common sense, how a client can go purchase a new car if they didn't get the cheque yet, what are they suppose to drive to work the next day when they don't have the settlement money on hand yet. Save your time, money and mental health by just NOT using this company. Take your business else where, pay a little more of a premium but be secured that your insurance company will protect you in a case of an accident.

I do not recommend using this company for insurance needs. While their pricing is attractive they will do whatever it takes not to pay your claim if you ever need to make one. As a very long term customer with no claims, I was shocked and disappointed to find out I've been wasting my money paying for coverage. And the kicker, if I'd like to take my business elsewhere I will have to pay cancellation fees.
