I have received nothing but exemplary service from Strachan and Morris Ins. A family run business that has stood the test of time, and been passed down through generations is a place I am happy to do business. Jeff and Janet are known to take calls late at night/weekends/go out of their way to guide and support their clients through claims, or just general advice on how to AVOID having any issues. Keep up the great work!

They are fine as long as you don't need to use your auto insurance . They will take your money all day long and be happy to do so, BUT! If you expect to get the same friendly service from them when the insurance company is giving you the run around you are going too be very disappointed. They have been excepting my money for 30 years. I never had a claim until 353 days ago. The insurance company only has to deal with you for a year , after that its up to you to fix what ever needs fixing. I have been trying to get my truck fixed right for 353 days and getting nowhere so I asked Jeff Morris from Strachan & Morris Insurance to help me with the issues I have with the half hearted repair that was done and he told me, and I quote "your concerns are a joke, and you can shove them up your ass" . and then like the true coward he is, he hung the phone up on me, I can only guess it was because he was afraid of what i had to say back to him. I can not believe anyone can except someone to be treated like that .Under the new management , this company has suffered greatly, as well as the accounts they hold. I gave Strachan & Morris Insurance one star ONLY because you can not give less.
