Terrible company!! They are charging people return fees in these days and they don't waive them!! When you call them to talk about it, you talk to someone who just says we will get back to you!! You guys have to understand that people are going through hard times, they are losing their jobs!!! You guys are still trying to make money from nsf fees!!

Outstanding customer service and attention to details. Always able to get through to our broker who gets us the best prices and the best options available. Have saved so much time and money dealing with them. Highly recommended for you house, car, truck and motorcycle needs. They handle it all quickly and with great efficiency.

Went to get car and house insurance or just a quote, was told that I would be contacted in two days tops. It’s been a month and I never received a call back. Went to a different insurance broker and got it all, the same day with a bundle discount!

Malorie at the Kemptville branch was very professional and timely in handling all of my requests. She was always keen to help and trying to get me the best deal. I appreciate her exceptional customer service over these past years. Would recommend.

I've been with Deanna who works at Trigon for almost 20 years. She is a rockstar! She is everything you would want in an insurance agent and handles my business as well as personal needs. She is extremely efficient and if something arises always has your back! You can reach her by phone, email or in person. She is without a doubt a five-star agent.
