I find the service very pleasant. Jane Cameron has been my agent for years. Always a very welcoming. When I needed something explained I just call the office and someone is always happy to answer my questions. I would recommend Jane Cameron and her staff good customer service.

Place is brutal. Was in the hospital with surgery complications for weeks. Apparently in that time they cancelled a policy that was 74$ a year for a dirt bike up for renewal. Thatâ€™s right, 74$. Instead of trying to call me they sent a bunch of stuff through the mail to my place which I wasnâ€™t at. Now there is a thing on my insurance record saying non payment. When I got home and received all the notifications it was already cancelled. So i figured why bother cancelling it now. I canâ€™t ride my bike and they cancelled it. Come to find out it screwed my insurance record up. Maybe before you screw people over for 3 years over 74$ you should call them and explain all you need to do is cancel your policy, or pay the 74$. Also how can you cancel a policy for non payment when I havenâ€™t used the insurance. It is paid up front every year. So kind of hilarious Iâ€™m getting cancelled for non payment on a policy I never received the insurance coverage for. Thanks again, business will be going somewhere else. All 74$ of it. This is fair warning to every one else who doesnâ€™t wish to have there insurance screwed up and potentially screw you over down the line like they did to me. A simple phone call couldâ€™ve solved all of this. Explain to your customers before you screw them for 3 years.

Worst customer service ever! Refused to give me a quote on a car that I was considering buying. I was told They can only quote me if I have already owned the car. When I told him the other insurance company's were able to give me a quote he said "well we don't do that here bye" and hung up.
