The pickering location is the worst!! Service provider is never available. Call over and over, the receptionist picks up the phone and answers like she is being forced to talk to you. No customer service. What really made it worse is my credit card changed recently... I forgot to call and give them the updated credit card info. I received a letter from the insurance saying your credit card did not processed. Your insurance will cease in effective 15 days from this letter. My question is why couldn't thier office call me to ask for my credit card info? Why do they have to cease the policy immediately??? Whoever is with cooperators, do not have your file in pickering location. Change it. Thier workers at pickering are the worst. Will make your life difficult.
