i would not recommend allstate under any circumstances. Unless all other insurance companies will not take you, please dont choose them. You get insurance for one reason, TO BE INSURED. So when you get into a car accident, you expect the company to try its best to help you out. It has been 7 months since my accident and i still have not received income replacement. If I didn't have a support system (my parents) I would be out on the streets as a hobo waiting for allstate to continuously decline my right to income replacement. When i talk about it to other people i know that got into accident before they have no problems getting income replacement ESPECIALLY when they already sent in all their income documentations. Instead, my adjuster at allstate is asking for more stuff that is unrelated to whether i should be receiving income replacement. For example, he is asking for a full medical report from ALL the doctors and WALK IN doctors i have ever been to. On top of that he wants a history of all the medications i have every been prescribed. I have nothing to hide but they just continuously ask for more and more documents and it is etting pretty ridiculous. They also pretend like they didnt receive certain documents to prolong this process. SO PLEASE!!! YOU NEVER THINK YOU WILL BE IN AN ACCIDENT UNTIL IT HAPPENS. GET AN INSURER THAT IS ACTUALLY WILLING TO INSURE YOU. NOT A COMPANY THAT IS ONLY HERE FOR MONEY.
