They don't deserve 1 star, they deserve 0. I've been with the company awhile now, and I can say for a fact that they are LIARS, and I have the paperwork and phone logs to prove it (specifically, Wendy Ashby, the "smiling voice" of Reuter & Reilly. I guess all that matters is that she smiles while she lies her face off while taking food out of your children's mouths due to her ignorance). They will withdraw monthly payments whenever they feel like it, and are quite incompetent, with no answers for anything. If Wendy makes a mistake while giving you directions that later you find out she's not even allowed to give, she may apologize to YOU personally, but she will LIE and make up phone calls/conversations that never took place to her superiors. Don't even bother with their "conflict resolution experts", as they just say "well Wendy said....so ours hands are tied, we have to believe the employee". They will harass you UNTIL they suddenly sever all contact once you offer to provide your phone records which prove Wendy a very dishonest person. Go figure :) With nothing left for them to do except apologize (don't worry, they won't), they just sever all contact and send you a cancellation letter LOL. There is no compromising and no accountability, only stress, so save yourself the time and energy and go with a different company. Still not convinced? Google them, and start with the Better Business Bureau where you will hear countless stories just like mine (I can't fit even half of my story in here). I honestly don't know how some people sleep at night, or even look themselves in the mirror for that matter.
