I bought a car insurance policy with this company. Big mistake. I paid for 6 months but started getting email bills in about 3 month saying I had a payment due. They for some reason changed my policy number but neglected to transfer my payment with it. I have sent numerous emails and made several calls but they don't ever fix anything. I send them what they ask for but they either want something else or say they didn't receive it. Then they tell you you can't have your new policy paperwork with rates showing after they changed it until you sign the documents. The agent that sold the policy was very helpful until I signed. Haven't heard a word from him since even though I have called and emailed. No chance I will renew with them. Should be 0 stars but you can't post review with 0

After purchasing a vehicle, the salesperson failed to forward the Mandatory Physical Damage Pre-Insurance Inspection Document to Liberty Mutual. I was absolutely unaware that it was not completed. Liberty Mutual made no effort in informing me of the situation. 10 days later Liberty Mutual reduced my coverage to basic liability without informing me. I drove my vehicle, which I have a multiple year loan on, with virtually no insurance for two weeks before receiving a letter of what Liberty Mutual had done. Next day I cancelled my policy and went elsewhere.

I had to drop off some paperwork at the main office but no one was there they were all in a meeting but once they were done somebody took care of me. They have a nice garden in the entrance

Don't ever go threw these people for a disability claim threw walmart they suck they send out ur checks to a address that dosnt exist because even tho you spell the street name out to them and they still get it wrong then they know they messed up and still dont try to help u out or get ur money to u faster they make u wait another 5 to 10 business days like people dont have bills to pay absoultely the worst will never ever go threw these people again for anything !!!!!

Do not ever use Liberty Mutual for car insurance they blame you for accidents that do not have a police report even though the physical evidence clearly shows you were not at fault. They will pay out the other persons claim and foot you with the bill so they get their money back.
