I’ve been a customer of Allen Insurance for a little while now, and they have been only amazing to deal with since the beginning. They took the time to understand my needs, and provide me with the best insurance for me, at great price. Can’t recommend them enough!

It was so nice to actually talk to a real receptionist who was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt important. The broker that helped me was amazing. I got more information about my policy and realized that I needed a change. High fives to both Sarah Ingram and Monica.

Bobbi has looked after all my insurance needs for over 15 years now she is a very knowledgeable insurance agent and after a very traumatic year she took care of my insurance needs in the most compassionate and caring way. Allen insurance and Bobbi Peddle are the best.

The Brokers in the Warkworth office are fantastic and very helpful! They are easy to contact by phone or email, through their texting program or their client portal or in person. If I am not able to reach them during office hours I can send my broker a text or I can log into to my client portal and request a policy change, report a claim, get my liability slips, view my billing or policy documents. If you haven't signed up for their client portal I strongly suggest signing up!

I've been with Allen Ins for years and have always had excellent customer service. I cannot recommend this company more.
