Very unprofessional office staff when trying to close out my policies.

This is the WORST company ever. They are thieves and liars. You will not get a good rate with this insurance company. I seriously URGE you to not ever considering going with State Farm, especially Jim Keys office. They stole money from me, they charged me more than any other insurance company could even comprehend. Every other company said they must have been cheating me because there's no way my policy should have costed that much. They also lied and changed the amount they said my cancellation fee was, and charged me more, said there were no notes made about how much the original cancellation fee quote was. And then after I had cancelled they took MORE money from my account without my permission, and when I called about it they said they wouldn't do anything and that I never canceled that policy. A bunch of liars, who just want to steal from you, don't care about you or your life or money. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST INSURANCE COMPANY AND ALL THEY CAN DO IS BE GREEDY EVEN THOUGH THEY ALREADY HAVE SO MUCH MONEY.

Great people to deal with ! Since switching to Desjardin the rates have gotten even better ! Even with my staff rate through a financial institution they were able to beat it !
