Their job is just collecting money not helping with your most needed time. Only kevin and the manager deserve the starts and the front desk lady. The lady named Tony will makes you feel she is paying from her packet to fix your vehicle. I used to pay 220 monthly and now with other company I’m paying 162 monthly. Big saving and way more happy.

Emily Coyell is full of attitude if things go less than perfect. I can get a better price through Desjardins or Cooperators. Some of the comments I have received from Emily via email over the years include "why would i do that?", "like i said before" and "we already had this conversation last week". Lady, I'm just asking some new questions and no we did not already cover it. I don't need your attitude.

Recommended from a family member. They took good care of me and got me a good deal for my first car. I also didn't feel like they would rip me off. They were honest and explained things to me and directed me what to do when getting the car in my name as well. Thumbs up to Tony and Kevin

You don't even deserve the 1 star I had to give. This years reward for having zero claims (EVER) and a safe driving record? An over $400 increase. Look elsewhere unless you want to be scammed.
